ReactiveSheets is operated by MetaModel LLC, 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, United States. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and password hash, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
- Your uploads: the spreadsheets, reference files and instructions you give us to build your apps.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
- Submissions to your published apps: when a visitor uses a quote or lead button, their inputs, results and contact details are delivered to you and, on plans that include it, stored in your lead list.
- Usage data: server logs and privacy-conscious product events (for example that a build was started), without the contents of your files.
How we use it
To provide the service: converting, hosting and displaying your apps, delivering submissions, billing, support and essential service emails. We do not sell your data and we do not use your spreadsheets to train models.
Who sees it
Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Fastmail (email), and the AI model provider used during conversion, which receives the structure and formulas of your workbook for the duration of a build. Each is bound by its own data processing terms.
Retention
Uploaded files and built apps are kept while your account is active. Closing your account unpublishes your apps and deletes your files within 30 days. Lead submissions are kept until you delete them.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the dashboard or by writing to us. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other jurisdictions with data protection laws have the rights those laws provide; write to us to exercise them.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for the dashboard. No advertising cookies.
