Terms of service

ReactiveSheets is a product of MetaModel LLC, 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ReactiveSheets converts spreadsheets you upload into hosted calculator applications that you can preview, publish as a standalone page, and embed on your own website. Conversions are produced by automated tooling and checked against the values stored in your workbook; the build report tells you what was compared and what did not match. You are responsible for reviewing a preview before publishing it.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the spreadsheets, files, instructions and branding you upload. You grant us the rights needed to process, store, convert, host and display them in order to provide the service, and to send submissions from your published apps to the destinations you configure. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it contains no personal data you are not permitted to share with us.

3. Published apps

A published app is reachable by anyone with its link unless you protect it with the access options we offer. Visitors' submissions (quote requests, lead forms, results they ask to be emailed) are delivered to the addresses you set. You are responsible for how you use that data and for any notices your visitors are owed.

4. Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. You may change or cancel at any time; a published app stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, after which it is unpublished if it exceeds your plan. Fair use applies to builds and rebuilds; we may contact you if usage is unusually high. Scoped builds for complex workbooks are quoted separately.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to use; do not use published apps to collect data unlawfully; do not attempt to access other customers' data or to disrupt the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, plans and these terms; material changes are announced by email to the account address at least 14 days ahead.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. Calculations are reproduced from your workbook; we do not warrant that your workbook's logic is correct for its purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, your apps are unpublished and your uploaded files are deleted within 30 days.
